How is pricing determined?
Our pricing is based upon what the momentous occasion entails along with other determining factors. (Travel expenses, group size, & time needed, etc.). It is essential for us to first speak with our clients beforehand to fully realize their vision & expectations. We relish in the quality of our work as well as our dedication to our clients, therefore, it is imperative to gather a full scope of the clients vision. We pride ourselves in being budget friendly & offer competitive pricing.
What is your satisfaction guarantee?
We stand by both our products & services wholeheartedly that if by some misfortune, avoidable or unavoidable, our client is not satisfied with the outcome of their prints & or photo session we will exhaust all efforts to make it right. This includes & is not limited to reshooting the session where applicable (headshots, portraitures, family sessions) at no extra cost. A full refund including the deposit will be refunded, in the event that unforeseen circumstances were beyond our control & a one time opportunity event (wedding, Quinceañera, etc.) was unable to be captured.
Are services limited to California residents?
We pride ourselves in being versatile when & where the situation necessitates it, therefore, we are willing & open to travel wherever our services are needed across the continental United States. Travel expenses for such events will be accounted for in the overall pricing of the momentous occasion.
What is required to book a photo session?
A booked photo session is a trust our clients place upon us to fully encapsulate their special moment & thus we treat it with such precision; by investing our full creativity as well as attention to detail from beginning to end. The process begins with a complimentary consultation in which the clients vision is fully realized by discussing all expectations as well as what is needed (time, locations, etc.) to accomplish the overall experience. If services are then desired & requested we proceed by drawing out an estimate pertaining to the specific type of photo session. A deposit totaling 30% of the final estimated cost of the photoshoot, which also secures the chosen date & time of the session, will be required & due at signing of all contractual documents as well as release forms.
HOW ARE FINAL IMAGES RENDERED?
All of our final images are rendered as full high quality JPEG files which are derived from a full quality RAW file image. This means that from the first moment an image is captured it is done so in the highest possible quality that it allows for the most flexibility when rendering the final edited image. All images captured from a booked photo session with us are compiled & uploaded to a file sharing site where the client can then select all images they wish to obtain in the final delivery. Final delivery of the chosen images is done so via media card and or drive or in print form, at an additional cost, if the client prefers our tangible print options.
How soon can i expect delivery of my photos?
We go above & beyond to ensure an expeditiously delivery of our clients highly anticipated moments. There is no compromise in quality or cutting corners when it comes to bringing our clients moments to life with vibrant detail but we guarantee fast delivery (3 to 5 days) for most photo sessions. Weddings, Quinceañeras, sweet sixteens & or more elaborate events typically take a little more work ( 1 to 2 weeks). We pride ourselves in being both communicative & transparent during the entire experience with us, therefore, our clients can rest assured that they will receive progress updates, where deemed necessary, including possible sooner delivery times & or any possible delays that could, in rare circumstances, occur.
